Landscape Crew Leaders

Fairway Landscaping is seeking Landscape Enhancement Crew Leaders to join our team of professionals. Requirements include the ability to:

MUST HAVE current driver's license and good driving record!

Use multiple types of equipment
Sequence each job from start to finish
Manage each job using the best practices to complete efficiently
Train new crew to use equipment and apply best practices
Effectively communicate with clients
Complete required paperwork in a timely & accurate manner
Control quality of sites
Perform preventive maintenance/ minor repairs on equipment
Safely drive truck and trailer with valid driver's license
2-3 years as crew leader minimum preferred but will train

Massachusetts Pesticide License, DOT Health Card, OSHA Certification, Hoisting License or other industry related certificates or licenses a plus.
